Herman was found as a stray and noone was looking for him.  Which is incredibly hard to believe as he is the perfect little Chihuahua :)  He gets along well with other dogs, loves people, and is housebroken.  He does not really like to play with the other dogs as he is a little older.  He also loves to sit in your lap and  sleep under the covers.  If you can offer this sweetheart a permanent loving home please fill out an online application or stop by and meet him at our adoption day.
