Homer was pulled from TCAS. He was a victim of "too many animals" where Animal Control had to step in. He's middle aged, and should recover from a few curable illnesses within the next few weeks. He'd love a home where he can go for a short walk every day, and then come home for a nap at your feet. He's a great tail-wagger and always aims to bring out a smile.
