Tito and his siblings, Kahlua and Jameson, were turned in as owner give ups. Their mom was recently rescued from a bad situation where she was found hungry with cigarette burns on her. The good Samaritan took her in, not knowing she was pregnant, but she had her puppies and raised them well. The finder then had too many mouths to feed after only thinking he was rescuing one dog. He loved the puppies but needed to find them homes. They are active, sweet puppies that need a home of their own.
