Bubbles was turned in by his owners to a local shelter. His owners claimed there was a new baby that was allergic and they could not keep him. He is a great little guy - very happy and sweet. He was covered in fleas and dirty when we got him, so he got a rough haircut. But he does look much better now :) He is looking for a permanent loving home. He did not like having his picture taking too much and is much better looking in person ;)
