Chippy was rescued from our local animal shelter.  He got adopted but the new adopters soon realized they were allergic to dogs :(  So he is now back with us looking for a permanent loving home of his own.  He is a nice little guy that did well with 2 children that were about 7 and 10 years of age in the other adopted home.
