Cooper was turned in by his owners because they had a baby and can no longer care for him and give him the attention he deserves.  They were told he is a Lab and Hound mix but he is looking a lot like an English Setter.  So who knows?!?!?  We have only had him for a few days now and Cooper is a sweetie pie :)
