Daisy was turned in to a shelter by her owner when the owner got a new job and felt like she did not have time for her.  The owner said she was spayed but given her physical appearance we did not believe it.  We could not find a spay scar so we did a spay surgery on her and she is lucky we did.  She was in the begining stage of a pyometra and if her owner had not paid attention to her and not turned her into the shelter, she would have become sick and died because of an infected uterus.  Daisy is a sweet little girl that deserves a chance at a good life.
