Chloe was given up by her owners because they did not have the time or desire to train her to be around their toddler and she would knock the baby over when she was out playing.  Chloe is a sweet girl that has some energy with her.  She does need some training as she does not seem to have gotten much the first few months of her life.  She is smart and is very attentive so we feel she will be a quick learner.
